Presentation Zen is the book I recommend most to coaching clients who are still stuck in the text-heavy paradigm of PowerPoint slides. I say, “Get a copy and spend just 20 minutes skimming the examples. It’ll change how you look at slides.”
Follow-on advice is to spend a couple hours studying the book to change the way you do slides.
